This Higley kit comes with two machined aluminum blocks, the one shown above holds two #11 blades back to back to form a triangle. The second aluminum block holds a singe #11 blade. You need something flat and smooth for the block to slide on, I use a granite block for this purpose. The point of the blade has to be indexed on the hinge centerline. Note, I'm using playing cards as shims to move the stabilizer height.
